Jesus Really is the Savior. I Know Because He Touched Me.

I called on Jesus. I had been receiving prompts from different people to seek Jesus and I felt a strong urge in my heart to do so as I was praying, meditating and listening to music. As I listened to the music and became surrounded by the loving presence of God, I suddenly felt the faith in my heart to believe in Jesus (I know the Holy Spirit was helping me). Sincerely meaning it for one moment, from the bottom of my heart, I spoke these words: “Dear Jesus, I believe you are God’s only son and I surrender my life completely to you.”

All of a sudden, this presence came over me, and everything in me silenced and made still. It seemed like a spiritual being was superimposing his body—which was of a higher dimension and lighter substance--through my earthly body. I felt something (a spirit arm) touch me and sweep through my body, especially my chest area. And suddenly all the weight from all my burdens and guilt was completely lifted off my chest, and I felt completely blissful and light. Straight down through the middle of myself, I suddenly became aware of a new dimension that had been added to me. In place of the solidness of my body, I now had a feeling of a column through me that opened out into space--another dimensional space (It’s hard to describe this in 3d earthly terms because it’s a supernatural experience that’s beyond this dimension.). This new space within me seemed to be filled with spirit and light and peace beyond this world, and now was a permanent part of me as I lived on earth. I was born again!

I knew that all that I had believed about myself before had been a sort of illusory, lower dimensional self. I had been set free! Now I was full of love, one with love, and recognized my true nature as love. I was completely quiet and still in this higher dimensional Spirit space as the being transferred information to me. Two Bible scriptures were transferred into my mind during this experience, identifying this being as Jesus the Christ: “Behold, the lamb of God which takes away the sins of the world!” and “In that day (when I come to you) you will know that I am in you, and you are in me, and we are in the Father.”

As this being merged with me and transferred revelation of my Christ nature to me, it was like I suddenly woke up out of a dream! My eyes were suddenly opened! I knew that Jesus was a part of me—a higher dimensional part of me, which I had been disconnected from previously in my earthly state—and I was one with God. As I began to pray immediately following the event, I experienced God as being inside of me now…a part of me…not separate and outside of me. And I could feel heavenly joy flowing through my soul.

The experience so charged me with Spirit that I didn’t sleep all night and didn’t really get sleepy till the next evening. I stayed high at least for a month or so and couldn’t come down to earth. During this time, weird stuff continued to happen to me. I would look at people and start to experience them as a part of me and as projections from my mind.

So I want to share this experience so that you to can be awakened and come to know your true identity as a spiritual being. I pray that all who read and want to awaken will believe that Jesus Christ is here to restore our light (be a savior) and true divine identity. Say “ Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Christ, God’s only Son, and I understand that I am in a state of separation from God. I ask you to come into my heart and life and be my Lord and Savior.” Look for him to help you somehow. If you are ready you might experience salvation right then, or he may direct someone to you to pray for you, or direct you to church. The sincere prayer from our heart is always answered.

Christ Level Consciousness

We must awaken to the fact that we have a true mind, the mind of God—a.k.a. the Christ mind. This Christ mind knows and understands the things of God and knows it’s home as heaven. We have been blinded to this mind and the reality of God’s creation because of all the false thoughts we focus on and hold in our minds. Any thoughts on which we focus began to “create after themselves” and form a perceptual experience for us. They can form emotions, physical pain, form and all else that we think we experience in this world. And meanwhile, all of these experiences and noise block out our awareness of the true mind in us, that which knows itself as love and as one with God. One method we can follow to awaken again to this mind is to accept Jesus Christ as the lord and Master of our lives, rather that our own human minds.

Jesus is the “Word of God” made flesh; he is “the life, the truth, and the way”, and “the light of the world”. He is one with the Father (God). While you are still in darkness, he will represent a personalized form of the Christ in you (which has a formlessness, limitlessness, and freedom which you may not be able to accept yet). He is fully worthy of our trust, love, and dedication, since he does nothing other than that which the Father directs him to do, and he gave his life for us. Jesus Christ gives us a personal form and symbol that we can relate to on the path to our salvation—that is…our awakening in God.

Even though we never left God—for we all live, and move, and have our being in God--it is helpful to have a methodology and practice that will lead us back to God who cannot be perceived with the physical senses, since he is pure unlimited Spirit, everywhere the same. The acceptance of Jesus Christ as your lord and master can be that methodology if you are so led to do so.

To accept him as lord and master of your life, you must learn all you can about the “Word of God”. After all…this is what Jesus Christ represents--The Word of God. The word of God is all that is true, and real, and pertains to what we know as the reality of God. The word of God can be contained in the Bible, but it can also be found in other books (and finally, it will be found within yourself as you grow in grace and knowledge), since God is ever present, and reveals himself throughout all of creation. Read and study all the truth you can and set the intention to receive greater and greater understanding of what is real. In this way, you will be able to recognize when you are dwelling in your own thoughts, or living in the Christ mind. You will recognize what is yours in reality and what thoughts you should deny in your life.

Secondly, you must spend time with him to develop a relationship with him. He promises to finally manifest himself to you if you are faithful so that he is completely real to you. Spend time in affirmative prayer, thanking Jesus Christ for all that he has done for mankind. Lift him up within yourself by speaking words that magnify and glorify who he is. Affirm his power, light, and unlimited authority. As you continue to do this, with time, you will notice that you will begin to be lifted up in consciousness to a state of peace. Spend time resting in this peace, for this is an opening to the beginning of your awakening into reality. You are touching the true one mind at these times. Bring your troubles to Jesus Christ, so that he can dissolve them in the light. Give Jesus Christ your full trust and faith as the master of your life.

If you will make these things a top priority in your life, and do them regularly everyday, with no excuses accepted, you will begin to awaken to yourself as a Spiritual being by leaps and bounds.

I am learning the importance of honoring and loving myself enough to listen to my feelings and emotions. Our feelings and emotions come to the surface from a deeper part of our being which is screaming to be heard when we may be trying to ignore our needs.
This is the part of ourselves which knows itself as whole and loveable and is desperately sending out an emotional S.O.S. when we have dishonored ourselves; or it is validating us with joy and gratitude when we have honored our wholeness and completeness. We should ask ourselves, “How am I feeling right now?” “How am I feeling about this issue or situation in my life?” If the answer is anything less than “peaceful”, or “happy”, then it’s time to explore what the innermost part of your being may be trying to tell you in order that you might be more whole and complete.

For example, one day I began to notice my feelings as I heard about a writer who had successful published her book about self empowerment after struggling for a year to figure out what she wanted out of life. I felt jealous and gripped by fear, a fear that I would never experience a meaningful life like she had. I noticed that I felt fear and jealousy when I saw a certain successful female preacher whose church had a huge membership. At this same time, I was struggling with feelings of inadequacy and smallness because I had a very sparse income at the time. Instead of judging myself immediately and attempting to submerge all these feelings as “bad,” I began to allow myself to wonder why I might be feeling this way. As I explored the root of the fear and jealously, I could see that deep inside I also wanted a successful life where I was making a meaningful contribution to the world, but I had not allowed myself to pursue it. Thus the distorted emotions of fear and jealousy had emerged from the depths of my soul to get me to listen. I was trying to submerge all the desires within myself to be all that I could be; to be creative, to be big, to express my own art form, and to experience the abundance in life that a creative, whole, healthy being—that’s you too—is meant to experience! Some part of me knew that I wasn’t living up to the potential within myself, and was crying out to be heard.

I think Todd’s life offers another example of how our feelings speak to us. Todd was in the computer profession when he began playing around with a camcorder and filming the neighborhood kids. He noticed his feelings of enjoyment and fun as he as he made short movies with the neighborhood kids. At the same time, he began to feel that the computer work was “wrong” for him. He felt dissatisfaction with it and a strong resistance to completing his projects. So, trusting his feelings of joy with the movie path, he began to explore film more. He began giving “movie parties” where he filmed the guests at parties as they performed skits while dressed in costumes. Finally, he began work on a documentary style film about living one’s “calling” in life, and his whole life began to take on a new purpose. He was able to find the path towards more fulfillment by listening to his feelings and emotions. The feelings of joy let him know that he was on the right path, while the feelings of dissatisfaction let him know that he was not expressing something from deep within his soul that he desired to express, a desire that he had been submerging from consciousness.

All of us have within ourselves the potential to be whole, creative, and fulfilled. But we are the ones who must allow this potential to unfold, blossom, and be unleashed in order for it to be fully realized. If we allow it, our feelings will guide us in uncovering our potential.

Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

Who is the Son of God?

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-5

The true light that enlightens every man was coming into the world. John 1:9

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth: we have beheld his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father. John 1:14

Staying in the Spirit. Keeping Your Vibration Up.

What thoughts and beliefs you focus on with your mind will determine your vibration level, or how Spirit-filled (I am defining Spirit as light, or truth--that which is…God). Our minds are always filled with some thoughts or ideas I think; such is the nature of a mind. So we need to make sure those are positive thoughts. One way you do this is by staying engaged in some positive activity or positive creative expression. This way your mind remains full of light, so you don’t leave room for negativity. The darkness is driven out of your mind, as you allow positive action to be the focus of your attention. There is no such thing as a neutral thought—and your mind is always holding some thoughts--so you really can’t sit around thinking that you can do nothing and remain at a high vibration. Maybe you think you can just sit around and try to keep your mind filled with loving thoughts. But I find it very hard to stay at a high vibration over an extended period of time by monitoring my thoughts continuously. It seems easier to stay at a high vibration by actually staying engaged in some action of a Godly nature.

Let’s say you like to paint. You’d probably find it easier to maintain a high vibration as you remain in the act of painting a beautiful inspired picture, than if you just sat in the room trying to stay focused on positive thoughts. Being creatures in physical form, I think it is more our function to think and do loving things, rather than only sit around thinking loving thoughts.

Peace is your Divine Right

Our Christ Self and Our True Mind

We have it backwards. Many of us think we are the human beings who must call on the Divine Spirit to make everything right in our human lives; when in fact, we are the Divine Christ who must command/release every counter thought—and everything is really a thought, whether it be manifested in form already or simply a belief—out of our holy, unlimited minds. When we have cleared our minds of everything but the peace and presence of the Eternal Spirit, then it will come back into our awareness who and what we truly are. In Christ is the pure reflection of God’s qualities, and the union of all of creation. Give this thought a little bit of reflection and try to place your faith in Christ, and the truth will become that much more real for you.

An idea came to me about how we could picture our minds. First of all there is one mind, and you could think of it like this: An unlimited sphere, which is the field of all potential ideas and thoughts. Focus on any of these ideas and thoughts causes them to expand in our minds, and become a “real” experience for us. These thoughts can be broken down into two types: real thoughts—that is—light…and unreal thoughts—or shadow thoughts. Real thoughts are the ones that are like God and it’s nature, since God is really the only reality there is. They are always present in the mind and expressed as “light”. They would have a positive charge if described mathematically. These would be ideas like love, joining, abundance, and safety. These ideas are naturally part of our mind, and can be experienced without the human effort of trying to “think”

Shadow thoughts have no basis in the realm of reality (By reality, I mean God, for God is everywhere present and is one.), but they are still available to us--and focusing on these “dark” ideas will create an experience of a counterfeit sort of “reality”. Since they are unreal thoughts, the experience of these ideas will cover over your awareness of the light in you, and make you appear separated from the one mind. We would actually begin to experience ourselves as living inside these ideas. Some examples of these ideas would be separation from God and others, lack, sickness, and death. We could think of these thoughts as having a pseudo-negative mathematical value, since they don’t really affect the reality of God, but do appear to, in our experience of them.

Let me reiterate the assumptions I am making here: (1)There is one mind. (2)It must be the mind of God, since God is all there is. (3)Therefore the true nature and reality of this mind is peace, oneness, and love. So it follows that your mind is this one mind, even if you have fallen asleep to it. It also follows that the natural state of this mind is peace and this peace must lie somewhere within us. To experience this natural peace in our minds, we must simply stop the human process of “thinking”, let our mind become clear of all thoughts, then expect to begin to feel the peace and natural thought of God. For they are in our true Christ mind. Remember belief and faith, will be followed by experience and manifestation. As we begin to relax into and accept these thoughts of light, we will eventually begin to perceive ourselves and the world as God sees us. It will be a world of oneness and infinite light.

To achieve the switchover into the Christ level consciousness, I sometimes use the surrender method. The surrender method is the “I surrender to you God. I am here as a vessel to be used by your Spirit. I surrender my mind and body over to your control.” Then I expect and try to experience the “presence of the Lord” upon me.

A second method I use is one where I use my imagination to picture my head (because I associate my head and brain with my mind) as an emptied out, open container. Then I ask God to fill this container. Next I expect, and try with all my might, to begin to feel the presence of Spirit, which is peace and joy coming into this container, which represents my mind, soul, and body. Finally, when I begin to feel this peace, I focus on it with all my might to the exclusion of all other thoughts which seem to try to enter my mind. The key is to accept and believe that the presence of God really is buried deeply within your mind, remembering that faith will enable you to experience it. I find that with practice, my experience of God, and my faith continue to increase and grow more real.

My whole conclusion from these matters is this: Just as a ship as a captain, a mind has an operator. Who is the Operator behind the one Mind I’ve described above. (A mind doesn’t just exist without someone behind it.). Why God is, of course. And if this one mind is really our mind—then who does that make us? Why God…of course! We’re God incognito.

I have begun to learn something now as I travel along the spiritual path. You have to press and push with your practice and even when you don’t feel like you’re making much progress, you will see soon that you have made lots of progress. Sometimes you seem to have a day of spiritual struggle, where you have nevertheless applied spiritual principles to your problems, but you just don’t feel like you’re getting anywhere. Nevertheless, when you go to sleep and wake the next day to call on the strength of God, you noticeably find that it has gotten much stronger. Just continue to put your faith and focus in God, and he will continue to grow more real for you.

There is a storehouse of wonderful ideas available from our higher mind (that part of us which is one with God)! And that Mind would like to bring about the salvation of everyone by transporting its ideas through us if we would allow it. The Spirit needs our form as a vehicle through which it can express, since Spirit has no form in and of itself. Just clear your mind and rest in the peace of your true self for a while. When you feel joy and peace, and are able to maintain this state for some time without letting thoughts distract you, then you are ready to sit down and give God a vehicle through which to express on this plane, e.g. writing, painting, dance, etc. The process of clearing your mind and resting in the peace of your Christ self may take days of systematic practice (depending on how far you have fallen into the maze of darkness), or just minutes, once you develop the habit. The key to allowing this expression to come through you is to just sit down when you are in a clear state of mind and begin to write, paint, etc., with the intention and expectation that something from above be expressed through you.

Most of us remain imprisoned in thoughts (which create an experience for us) from the lower mind, and become blind to the light (of God), and thus blind to our means of escape from our misery.

Your gift is going to increase as you use it, especially as you begin to use it in collaboration with the higher mind of Christ to bring the goodness of God to yourself and the world. And thus will you begin to discover your purpose for living. God increases himself by giving, and love only gives from it’s infinite storehouse of goodness, therefore expect yourself to increase in all goodness as you exercise your gifts in the name of love only. After a while your physical gifts will increase so much that you will be given supernatural gifts.

The first step in creation is for you to speak the words!

The true reason that you really want to act in a loving way, and not a violent way, is that it will help you to awaken to and remember your true identity in God; whereas is you act in a violent way, it will serve to reinforce your ego identity as separate from God. You can only see outwardly a world that reflects your inner thoughts. Hold attack and violence in your mind and how can you see God, who is love. But give in a loving way, and you will feel “right” inside; you will feel good and happy. It will help you to identify with and remember what you truly are—pure love!

What you place your focus upon is what will increase grow more real for you. I will place my focus upon the Christ within me today.

The correct order of authority is from the Christ level down. You literally cannot think any thoughts that have any basis in reality when you are thinking from the body level only, because the body is an illusory identity in the first place. Without subjecting all parts of what you think of as yourself to the spirit first, you cannot receive any true vision or revelation, because you are keeping your focus in the world of the body and illusions.

You are basically like a chicken operating with your head cut off.

If you are not at peace, then you are not existing or “thinking” in your right (true) mind. You are thinking and existing from the ego plane of so called “reality”. You have a true, Divine mind, what you could call a Christ mind. But the insanity of the ego mind will cause you to be totally unaware of this true self. Awakening to your true self will put everything—and I mean everything—in the ego world in it’s true perspective where it belongs…under you. You are sovereign because you are cocreator of the experience you are having.

If you start on the journey of self discovery, you will eventually discover God and who you really are. You will find all the answers coming out from within yourself. The self discovery and insights will come more clearly and easily if you can provide a channel of expression, and clear the fog from your mind first somehow. Also, you have to have patience, sometimes it takes time to clear your channels and development of mental discipline and quietness to become aware of the insights. Thirdly, you have to release the information in some form—i.e. writing, speaking, painting, etc.--to clear new space for even more. This is how our gifts grow—by giving them out. Give and share, and you shall receive more.

It came to me today that when we look at others and see them in a certain way—like selfish, or violent, or even physically beautiful—we are only looking at a part of reality. The other parts of that person are not visible to us, because we are not focusing on them, having faith in them, and attempting to see them. Whatever idea we focus on or want to see (same as have faith in) is what we will experience as real. I believe that in reality, we are whole, composed of a completion of all the parts. So if we want to see more of our neighbor’s son than just a “spoiled boy”, we must first believe that there is more than just a “spoiled boy” there. We must have faith in the qualities we want to see, such a generosity, and kindness. We must begin to act as if there is kindness hidden in that person and treat them that way. Help to heal the errors in that persons mind that make them believe that they must act a certain way. Make room for it to become manifest, for instance by giving the person special opportunities to be helpful and giving to someone else. Then your faith will be rewarded by true vision and you will eventually see a more whole person.

Just as the person you see as yourself and the world that you think you live in seem so real to you, you will develop another identity and see another world as you come to accept yourself as an entity of pure love, peace, safety, and wholeness. This new identity and self will seem even more real, powerful, and peaceful than your old identity as a human being. In fact, your new identity will be only peaceful and loving and will interpret everything it experiences as being this way also.

"Mommy, look at what I made for you in school today!" my 31/2 year old daughter proudly exclaimed as she stepped off the preschool van one day. She was not at all shy about sharing her scribbled line drawings with me. For Kesi, anything that she felt like expressing was worth sharing with the world. She accepted herself, and whatever she shared from herself was fine.

Lesson 1: Don't be afraid to share yourself and your art! Don't be so critical about what you create with your life. You are OK. Simply ask yourself if your present expressions are what you want, or if would you like to change them.

I have noticed that my children see things in a different way than me. For instance, with a few tugs and rearranging, the throw rug in the den becomes a tunnel, mountain, and vally landscape for my 5-year-old son’s train. That bowl of soup at dinnertime becomes an opportunity to explore different textures as my daughter mixes her ice cream, juice, and bread in with the soup. My legs, as I sit on the couch, becomes a way for my 3 year old twins to a slide down from my lap onto the floor. I have concluded that what may seem to be the most mundane circumstance to us, is seen with fresh, pure eyes by children, as an opportunity to explore. At what age do we lose this innocence, this unadulterated vision? Maybe somewhere around the preteen years I think. Yet in order for us to break old cycles and gain fresh insights, we need to maintain an open mind as free for prejudices as possible.

Lesson 2: See everything with fresh, new eyes. If you want to create something really new and original, you must understand that this present moment really has nothing to do with the past. Release stale old ideas; forgive and forget the past, and you will be open to new ways of seeing.

One evening as we attended a charity dinner hosted by a football star, I was utterly embarrassed and appalled when my 5 year old son loudly blurted out, "Uuugh! That's nasty!" as rice and gravy was spooned onto his plate. But secretly I did admire one thing about the incident: the fact that my son had actually spoken frankly about his feelings. How many adults in our society today are actually brave enough to be honest about their feelings? We could lead much more fulfilled lives in many cases if we were more open with ourselves and others about our needs and desires.

Lesson 3: Try to be honest and authentic with yourself. It’s important for change and growth to occur in your life.

"Daddy, I want to sit on your lap," is a common request from both of my 3-year-old twins. And they say it with all expectancy that their wish will be granted. "I love you mommy", is another statement they will often unabashedly make. There are two things that they somehow understand, which is …

Lesson 4: I am loveable and I am created to give love.

When my kids decide that they want to use broken pieces of dried spaghetti to play “god only knows what” on the kitchen floor, I sometimes let them, understanding that exploration, learning, and creativity sometimes cause a mess. If they want to play "build-an-amusement-park-in-the-hallway", maybe you should let them, even if they pull out every box, doll, block, toy train, and car in the house, blocking the entire hallway. It takes a mess to learn and grow sometimes. After all, if a novice painter or writer is too afraid of making a mistake or doing something the "wrong way", how can she risk starting on a new painting or story?

Lesson 5: Don't worry about being messy so much when you're trying to be creative. The birthing of a creative masterpiece is often first preceded by mistakes and plenty of experimentation.

I will always remember the night I put my twin girls to bed, only to have them start giggling, singing, tickling each other, chattering and doing almost anything else noisy they could think of to do for what seemed to be the next couple of hours. It was as if they were absolutely determined not to succumb to sleep. They were too excited and happy! Even as their eyes began to close, they couldn't seem to stop giggling and playing (And no--I don’t remember giving them any extra sugar that night.). Exhausted, I was so relieved when they finally fell asleep just before midnight!

Lesson 6: Life is juicy! Stay happy and inspired and you will remain full of energy for life.

Finally, perhaps one of the most important things we see in children is how easily they are able to forget and move on after a disagreement. Take my little ones for example. One moment, Khari can be yelling at his sister for knocking over his block tower. Then just a minute later, he’s sweetly calling her over to come and join him in another game. One minute, Mari’s crying because Kesi hit her; the next minute, they’re giggling and playing with dolls together again. Experts tell us that negative emotions are related to health problems. Angry outbursts can cause the blood vessels in our hearts to constrict, while happy feelings help them to relax. So we would do well to take a lesson from our children, who can be so easily forgiving:

Lesson 7: Forget and forgive, and release yourself from the past. You only hurt and imprison yourself by holding on to grudges.

The Miracle of Quiet Time

As a busy mother, who constantly juggles the responsibilities of raising 4 young children, working, and supporting my husband, I have discovered an invaluable, rejuvenating practice, which I call “quiet time”. Quiet time is time spent by yourself, with yourself, for yourself. It is “do-nothing”, relaxation time; time spent free from disturbances, when we release all concerns. It can also include a period of uninterrupted, focused reflection on a particular issue or problem.

I cannot overemphasize the importance of a daily dose of solo, quiet time. It does wonders for me! It clears my head, and leaves me re-energized with new ideas. Without it, I find that the day’s busy activities can easily cloud out my hopes and dreams, and drain my energy. Among the many benefits that I have experienced through the practice of effective quiet time are:

Mental clarity.
Insights and new ideas.
A clearing of old mental blocks, allowing more growth and progress.
A feeling of peace.
A more positive outlook on life.

One morning, I awoke feeling especially fatigued and blue. It was another dreary overcast day in Seattle, and I had several unsettling issues to deal with after sending my 4 children off to school. My husband and I were dealing with a bout of unemployment, financial problems, and the ordeal of directing our work lives down a new path. I decided to spend some quiet time, concluded by a reflective period around the issue of how I could make money doing something I enjoyed.

By the end of my quiet time period, I was transformed from “blue and tired”, to being inspired with different exciting topics for freelance writing, which could create the next big break I needed at that time! And the wonderful thing was, as the ideas started coming…they just continued to flow more and more (as long as I kept my mind quiet and calm)!

Fancier names for “quiet time” are “meditation” or “reflection”. But don’t let the sound of these seeming esoteric practices discourage you. The main goal of quiet time is simply to relax quietly and peacefully without allowing thoughts and concerns to engage your mind. A secondary goal is to open to a flow of ideas as you spend focused reflective time on a specific issue. The following are some techniques I use for achieving an effective quiet time period:

Set aside a time and place when you will have no interruptions, and complete quiet (Some people may prefer relaxing music or sounds.). I suggest a time period of at least 30min. to an hour. Maybe the place is a special room in your house that is neatly organized and relaxing. Maybe it’s a beautiful relaxing park, or a place in nature.
Give yourself a question or issue you want to explore/answer after the relaxation part of your quiet time. Have a notebook handy to jot down ideas that will come to you.
Find a relaxing position for yourself (i.e., sitting in a comfortable chair, or propped against pillows) and close your eyes.
Breath deeply and begin to relax
Now, inside your mind, begin to see and imagine an energy field of glowing warm light around yourself. Imagine this warm light filling the room. Try to feel peace and love in this light. Relax here in this warmth and light until you feel your entire body and mind begin to relax. You will know that you have been successful when you feel a deep peace within your being. Remain alert. Try to stay in this space at deep peace for at least a few minutes.
If you find yourself becoming preoccupied with thinking or concerns, firmly insist that this is your quiet time and allow yourself to release the thoughts and remain focused with all your might on the inner light. Do not allow yourself to spend all of your quiet time worrying!
As you come out of the relaxation space, mentally ask yourself the question you would like to have answered. Be prepared to write down the thoughts and ideas that flow into your mind. Do not analyze and judge what is coming to you, as you might stop the stream of ideas coming into your mental field. Simply write, and I think you will find that the words you read will speak to your situation.
Continue to listen throughout the day for more inspired thoughts that may come to you.

Be sure to have patience with yourself as you learn, especially if you have no former experience with this type of exercise. As with any practice, consistency and regularity are the keys to achieving results. If find you are having a great deal of difficulty, you may find it helpful to learn more about related topics, e.g., meditation, relaxation, spiritual practices.

You are here so that Divine Love can take form.

Somewhere, sometime, at some place, God’s going to trick us into forgetting our illusion long enough to experience the truth (of who we are).

At some point in my life, my real self became bigger than my imagined self, and I began to explode with life.

Am I going to live my life running from a bunch of shadows, or am I going to rely on the power of God.

Why create what you don’t want when you are powerful enough to create what you do want?!

Your mind is very powerful and you are misdirecting it if you are unhappy right now.

You can’t get out of bed in the morning because you are unhappy! Allow yourself to explore ways that you can stop withholding happiness from yourself.

Follow your heart’s desire and don’t let your mind intellectualize you out of it. It cannot know all that you are here to become or how to get there.

Trust yourself so that you can access all that you need from within to find your bliss.

All you have to do is believe--and the Power is available to you! You may say, well I just can’t believe that it’s possible. But simple taking action in the direction of what you want is an affirmation of faith, and will bring your goal that much closer to fruition.

It is not necessary that you call it “God”, but just that you understand that belief is what gives you access to unlimited power.

Why do you keep seeing a picture in your mind of what you do not want to happen (be)? Instead, dwell on what you want to happen, and meditate on those images.

I will allow myself to be all that I can be.

Action toward your dream is an affirmation of faith that can be rewarded with miracles.

3 Basic Steps for achieving your dreams:

v Set your intention/desire/dream/goal as clearly as you can.

v Ignore all the negative voices/beliefs telling you what you can’t do.

v Take action steps towards your goal as you are intuitively directed to, or put yourself into a position to receive some inner direction. Many of us stop before this step, and let some voice of fear/doubt keep us from ever taking action.

Why should you even bother to try to pursue happiness and greater joy? Because pursuing the path to personal fulfillment will allow you to.

v Achieve maximum growth from your life.

v Manifest your greatest potential as a human being.

v Feel more peace.

v Make the greatest mark in the world and on others because you are operating from the powerful center of your true Self..

Lesson 1 What is God?

God is everywhere and in everything you see. Everything comes from God and was made through some form of Godpower. In everything everywhere is the light of almighty God, and if you were in a state of peace and holiness, you would see God’s wonderful light everywhere. Everything thing you see is created from your mind, and your mind comes from God. Really, there is only one mind and that is God’s, and so you have been given his mind to use.

God is…

1) Love, perfect love (Ask children what is love, and then explain it to them?)

2) One with all things and in all things.

3) Peace (Ask children to say what peace means to them)

4) Joy

5) All powerful, almighty, because it is the only power there is.

6) Not really a man or woman, but simply that which is, the all that is. Remember God says to Moses in the Bible, “I am”.

7) Perfect and holy (whole, one) (Explain what perfect means: nothing missing, complete, no mistakes or errors).

In other words, God is everything and all there is.

Lesson 2 Put your faith in what you want to see.

Exercise faith by speaking the truth—the word of God.

Then waiting. Sometimes it may take a while for things to manifest.

Lesson 3 You are a child of God
God communicates with, loves, and protects his children, just like your parents are earth are here to love, protect, and teach you.

Lesson 4 Your life in this world is like a dream.
You must speak the words of God and call on your God power so that your dream can become happy and peaceful. Finally, when the world in your dream becomes completely peaceful and happy, you will awaken from the Dream and see that you are God (and you were perfectly safe all the time).

If you are feeling passionless and dead in your life, it means the life force energy is not flowing though you . You are blocking it through some judgement of yours (conscious or unconscious). You are not allowing yourself to be whole, as you were created to be.

Know that you are developing and flowering throughout your lifetime to express the fullness of God, the glory of God, wholeness and perfection. (We are here for the glory of God) You do not understand exactly how this flowering is to happen, but you do know that you are stopping it from happening on this plane if you begin to feel depressed, or empty, lifeless, bored, or even chronically sick or in pain. Also, if your life is not expressing abundance, and your usual activities seem to be coming to a dead end or are unsatisfying, these are signs that it is time for God to take the next step in the development of her masterpiece through your life. Do not hide from these feelings, because they are there to tell you it’s time to look within and allow even more to come forth in your life.

Look at what you have in your life’s experience; what talents you have; what you enjoy that you can begin to share with the world in some way. You were created by Love as love to give, and experience more joy and blessings as you do so. (We are created in the image and likeness of God. Genesis. God is Love. I John.) Do not judge your life’s experiences as bad whatever they may be, because they can be used as a gift to offer to others in God’s plan. (He is able to make all things work together for your good. Bible). Many aspects of your life were planned before you were even born on the earth, so there is no reason for you to judge your life’s experiences.(I knew you before you were conceived in the womb. You were “predestined”… Bible) Simply awaken at this point to the Master’s presence in you. Respond to the call, and you will begin to learn how your life is to be used for good.

God has definitely given you something to share because He shares everything, and you are in his image. However, in the human form as an expression of God, our vision is limited as far as God’s complete plan in our lives. That is why we must pay attention to how we are feeling as a sign of whether we are living our lives according to the Master Plan. If we are not full of joy, then something else is trying to come forth in us that will bring us closer to the path toward glory.

You can use different formats for receiving communication from God on what direction your life should take. The format I use is to affirm the truth of my spirit self (Christ) in heaven. Remember, we are to affirm that it is to become on earth (in our human lives) as it already is in heaven (in our Christ selves). So, I tell myself firmly, “God is speaking to me right now, and directing my paths”. This is true because Christ is one with God. “I know which way to go with my life”. Your thoughts create for you just as God’s thoughts create for him. Now you must listen inwardly, and do what you feel moved to do, and these spoken words will become reality here on earth. It may take hours or days or more for your thoughts to manifest, so just believe and try not to be dismayed.
